Audio files for download are encoded in MP3 format and ZIP-archived for download unless otherwise noted. File sizes may be large (25-35Mb). Downloading these files is best suited to customers with broadband internet connections. Customers with dial-up connections should exercise caution before purchasing and attempting download.

Download links are typically located at the bottom of the order confirmation/checkout success page, providing payment has been verified. Download links may also be found at the bottom of your order summary, which can be accessed under "MY ACCOUNT" (you can log into your account by following the link at the top of the page).

Follow these steps (as graphically illustrated in this example) to locate your download links:
1. Click on MY ACCOUNT at the top of this page and log into your account.

2. Click on VIEW beside your order.

3. Click on DOWNLOAD buttons at bottom of Order Summary to download your files.

4. Click on SAVE to download to your computer. Note to Windows users: We suggest that you do not use the OPEN option for the download since this may cause the downloaded file to become corrupted.

Download links remain active for 5 days from the date of purchase. During this time you will be able to attempt download 3 times.

Books and other text files (directions for use, where applicable) are encoded in Adobe PDF format unless otherwise noted. You can download a free Adobe PDF reader at Adobe.com, if necessary. Please note that the MacOS application Preview may not render these files correctly (especially images).
